We’re proud to share that Woodward Lofts has officially closed and is moving forward! As the first Mass Timber project approved by PHFA in PA, Woodward Lofts marks a major step forward in how affordable housing and sustainable construction come together!

We are excited to begin building a 4-story, 48-unit affordable senior housing community (62+) with George Fernandez with Latino Connection Foundation and KMA Design Studio. Our team will deliver a hybrid structural system that combines prefabricated panelized framing with mass timber components. This forward-thinking model developed in collaboration with key consultants including Quality Builders, Eustace Engineering, DCI Engineering, McHugh Engineering Associates, Inc. and MaGrann Associates will result in less construction waste, a shortened schedule, and a significantly reduced carbon footprint. We’re proud to lead this next chapter of building better in PA!

The @mountstmarysu Coad Science Building represents collaboration, creativity, and sustainability at its finest and we’re proud it earned a Merit Award at the ABC Keystone Excellence in Construction Awards last week.

This three-phase, 66,000 SF addition and renovation brought new life to a 1960s-era facility. The project includes state-of-the-art neuroscience and computational teaching labs, dedicated research spaces, and collaborative student areas.

Through strategic value engineering, our team delivered sustainability, savings, and smart reuse of existing spaces, a true example of building to improve lives.
